- Intelligence is measured by what you know. Wrong. True intelligence—as Jean Piaget and John Holt observed—is how you behave when you don’t know what to do.
- Intelligence requires a closed neural network. Nature continuously exhibits complex, goal-directed intelligence without a brain or nervous system, but always with the absolute necessity of an embodied boundary exposed to consequence.
- Learning requires chasing absolute truth. Biological and cognitive evolution doesn't search for static "truth." It relies entirely on making, discovering, and correcting mistakes.
- Breakthroughs are a function of scale. The field assumes more parameters, more compute, and more tokens will magically yield understanding. It is the exact opposite: real progress requires a notation inversion at the protocol layer.
"Artificial Intelligence" is a double misnomer.
